This was a sobering article, thank you!

As much as that original article (cheating on my day job) felt good reading at the time, it didn't feel the same afterwards. I have a job that had no semblance of balance to it, but I never really felt the urge to cheat. I am after all being paid by them to perform a particular role so why do the cheating no?

Quitting it while you're ahead would've been better in terms of morals and ethics. Everyone has a bad job/workplace/boss every now and then. There's no reason you can take a higher road and just leave something that simply doesn't work.
